Annex A — Eligibility Criteria

1. Candidate must be a Pakistani National holding a valid CNIC or Form-B.
2. Candidate must have passed:

Intermediate (Pre-Medical) or Equivalent with a minimum of 60% marks.
Matriculation or Equivalent with a minimum of 60% marks.

3. Students awaiting results are not eligible to apply.
4. All academic documents must be attested by IBCC or a recognized government
authority.

Annex B — Application Process & Guidelines

1. Fill the admission form carefully and correctly in BLOCK LETTERS.
2. All information provided (Name, Father’s Name, Date of Birth, etc.) must exactly
match the attested documents.
3. The applicant’s personal mobile number having Whatsapp and email address must
be valid and operational.
4. Incomplete, false, or misleading information will result in immediate rejection.
5. Attach all required documents (see checklist).
6. Ensure signatures of both the candidate and parent/guardian where required.
7. Submit the completed form along with proof of fee payment before the deadline.
Late submissions will not be accepted. .

Annex C — Fee Submission Policy

1. The non-refundable Registration/Application Fee must be deposited only in the
designated account:

2. Two-Tier Scholarship Application Fee:

Option 1 (USD 500): This amount is transferable. If the candidate does not
qualify for the scholarship but secures admission through the Regular
Admission process, the full USD 500 will be transferred to their regular
admission tuition fees.
Option 2 (USD 250): This amount is non-refundable and nontransferable under any circumstances.
The chosen fee option must be clearly selected on the application form.

3. For all applicants, the fee once deposited is non-refundable in cases of voluntary
withdrawal, disqualification, or failure to meet minimum admission criteria.
4. A clear proof of payment (bank receipt/transaction slip) must be attached with the
admission form.

Annex D — Admission Test & Merit Criteria

1. The test will be conducted online.
2. Test Format: Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) from Biology, Chemistry, Physics,
and English.
3. Merit for admission and scholarship will be based solely on the test score.
4. Test Guidelines:

A stable internet connection is required.
The use of mobile phones, calculators, textbooks, or any other reference
material is strictly prohibited.
Any technical issues must be reported immediately to the invigilator

Annex E — Scholarship Award Policy

1. Scholarships are awarded exclusively to top merit achievers in the admission test,
as per the merit list.
2. The number of scholarship seats is limited and determined solely by the Admission
Committee.
3. Scope & Duration: The scholarship is applicable only for the First Semester (1st
Semester) of the medical program. From the second semester onward, students will
be responsible for paying the full tuition and other fees as per the regular fee
structure.
4. Coverage for the 1st Semester: The scholarship shall cover 50% of the following
expenses for the first semester only:

Tuition Fee
Hostel Accommodation Fee
Mess/Food Charges
The remaining 50% of these expenses for the first semester, along with any other
charges (registration, lab, etc.), shall be borne by the candidate

5. The scholarship is a financial discount and is non-transferable.
6. Implications of the Two-Tier Fee (Clarification):

Candidates who paid the USD 500 transferable fee but do not win the
scholarship will have their fee automatically applied to their Regular
Admission account, provided they accept the regular admission offer. If they
decline the regular admission offer, the USD 500 becomes non-refundable.
Candidates who paid the USD 250 non-transferable fee and do not win the
scholarship forfeit this amount. They may still apply for regular admission by
paying the separate, standard regular admission fee.

7. The decision of the Admission Committee regarding scholarship awards is final and
binding, and cannot be challenged.

Annex F — Disqualification Rules

1. A candidate will be immediately disqualified at any stage if found engaging in:

Cheating or using unfair means during the test.
Impersonation.
Any form of misconduct
Tampering with or submitting forged/fabricated documents

2. The registration fee (whether USD 500 or USD 250) will not be refunded in case of
disqualification.
3. The organization reserves the right to take legal action against fraudulent
applicants.

Annex G — General Terms & Communications

1. All official communication regarding the test, interview (if any), and results will be
sent only via the registered email address and phone number.
2. The organization reserves the right to make necessary changes to the admission
schedule, test pattern, venue (if applicable), or policies as required. Applicants are
responsible for checking the official website/channels for updates.
3. By submitting the application form and fee, the candidate and their
parent/guardian unconditionally accept all the policies, rules, and regulations
stated in this document
